Kat Graham In A Bikini With a Tiny Dog

Kat Graham In A Bikini With Her Dog At The Beach In Santa Monica
At some point when you want a tiny dog, you have to ask yourself, do I really even want a dog? When you want a sports car that hold six passengers, you don’t really want a sports car. When you want to date a girl with values but also want to get laid after one T.G.I.Fridays dinner tab, you really just want a whore. If you want a pet you can hold aloft in the palm of her hand, you don’t want a dog. You want a hamster or a Mogwai maybe.

Here’s Kat Graham from Vampire Diaries in a bikini with her furry little companion. She’s going to cry when she accidentally slams the door of her car against his hyper head and sends him to doggy heaven. I’m not going to say I told you so.

These Stars May Look Mellow But They're Resisting A Huge Black Hole

Nothing is ever as tranquil as it seems. This image is pretty and has lots of fun, trippy colors. But all of that variation is being produced by gas, dust and other matter as whole galaxies fall into a supermassive black hole. Created from Hubble data, the image shows the cosmic tug-of-war going on in the Perseus Cluster of Galaxies 230 million light years away.

UFC 166 Results: Melendez vs. Sanchez Deconstruction

Two electrifying lightweights will fight for bragging rights on the UFC 166: Velasquez vs. Dos Santos III main card before the heavyweights go to war at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, when Gilbert “El Nino” Melendez and Diego “Dream” Sanchez face off this Saturday (Oct. 19, 2013) on Pay-Per-View.

Melendez was a dominant champion in Strikeforce aside from his few fights with Josh Thomson, who will face Anthony Pettis for the lightweight title in Sacramento at UFC on FOX 9. El Nino went undefeated for three years prior to his Octagon debut, which saw him losing to Benson Henderson by decision after an outstanding effort in challenging for the championship.

Sanchez recorded a close win over Takanori Gomi in March at the Saitama Super Arena in Japan. The Dream seems to have lost his way since a vicious five-round beating coming at the hands of BJ Penn in late 2009, and he has yet to establish an imposing run in the Octagon after jumping up to welterweight and back down to lightweight.

In order for Sanchez to pull off the win this Saturday, he has to bring this fight to the ground and keep it there. That will be no easy task when going against El Nino, who’s shown tremendous takedown defense throughout his career and prefers to keep the fight standing. A fighter who won’t shy away from slugging it out with his opponent if he can’t get them to play his game, Sanchez will trade punches and kicks with just about anyone. But if he plans on exiting the Octagon doors without any cuts or bruises, he will have to take a page out of Georges St. Pierre’s playbook and transition from punches to takedowns to win some rounds in the fight with Melendez.

The striking of Melendez is unforgiving once he finds a home for his big right hand. As soon as Sanchez unloads with flurries, Melendez will calculate his knockout power into the equation, which is something Sanchez hasn’t shown since a surprising KO of Joe Riggs way back in 2006.

Not that Sanchez can’t take a punch as well as anyone else at 155, it’s just not his best bet to go punch-for-punch with a better stand up fighter like Melendez. As a close training partner of both Nick and Nate Diaz, El Nino can get the same look in training that Sanchez will bring if he decides to stand with Melendez. The Diaz brothers have longer reach and better striking offense and defense than Sanchez, so I’m assuming if Melendez has been getting rounds in with those guys, finding a target for his punches this weekend won’t be an issue.

I can’t imagine the stubborn Sanchez ever getting knocked out in a fight, however, if he allows himself to get hit over and over as he’s prone to doing in the past, then don’t be surprised to see the cageside physician checking up on him in between rounds. One thing everybody forgets is how good a ground fighter Sanchez can be. It’s the noticeable deficiency in his takedown ability that brings doubt in my mind.

Prediction: Melendez via Unanimous Decision

Strong Quake Shakes Central Philippines, Kills 10

MANILA, Philippines (AP) — A 7.2-magnitude earthquake collapsed buildings and roofs and cracked roads Tuesday morning in the central Philippines, killing at least 10 people.

The quake was felt across the central region, and people rushed out of buildings and homes, including hospitals, as aftershocks continued. Offices and schools were closed for a national holiday, which may lower casualties.

The temblor struck about 56 kilometers (35 miles) deep below Carmen town on Bohol Island and did not cause a tsunami in the seas around the archipelago.

At least four were killed on Bohol, said the island's Gov. Edgardo Chatto.

Four others died when part of a fish port collapsed in Cebu city, across the strait from Bohol, officials said. Two more people died and 19 were injured when the roof of a market in Mandaue in Cebu province collapsed.

Photos from Cebu broadcast on TV stations showed a fallen concrete 2-story building, and reports said an 8-month-old baby and a second person were pulled out alive.

Vilma Yorong, a Bohol provincial government employee, said she was in a village hall in Maribojoc town when "the lights suddenly went out and we felt the earthquake."

"We ran out of the building, and outside, we hugged trees because the tremors were so strong," she told The Associated Press by phone. "When the shaking stopped, I ran to the street and there I saw several injured people. Some were saying their church has collapsed."

She said that she and the others ran up a mountain fearing a tsunami would follow the quake. "Minutes after the earthquake, people were pushing each other to go up the hill," she said.

Chatto, the Bohol governor, said that a church was reported damaged in the provincial capital of Tagbilaran and a part of the city hall collapsed, injuring one person.

A 17th-century stone church in Loboc town, southwest of Carmen, crumbled to pieces, with nearly half of it reduced to rubble. Other old churches dating from the Spanish colonial period, which are common in the central region, also reported damage.

Tuesday is a national holiday for the Muslim festival of Eid al-Adha, and that may have reduced casualties because schools and offices are closed. The earthquake also was deep below the surface, unlike the 6.9-magnitude temblor last year in waters near Negros Island, also in the central Philippines, that killed nearly 100 people.

Regional military commander Lt. Gen. Roy Deveraturda said that he recalled soldiers from the holiday furlough to respond to the quake. He said it damaged the pier in Tagbilaran and caused some cracks at Cebu's international airport but that navy ships and air force planes could use alternative ports to help out.

Passenger flights were put on hold until officials check runways and buildings for damage.

Earthquakes are common in the Philippines, which lies along the Pacific "Ring of Fire."

Cebu province, about 570 kilometers (350 miles) south of Manila, has a population of more than 2.6 million people. Nearby Bohol has 1.2 million people and is popular among foreigners because of its beach and island resorts.
